Theodore C. Stiles, CPA

Over 40 years as a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Bellarmine College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ted has financial accounting and auditing, taxation and management consulting experience and was formerly associated with the national accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. In addition to serving on several professional committees, he served three years as a director on the board of the Kentucky Society of CPA's. Ted is a member and past president of the Elizabethtown Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president and an active Rotarian. He is also on the board of the Hardin County Community Foundation. He is a Hardin County native and resides with his wife, Sandie.

Ben E. Carter, CPA

Over 35 years as a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ben has tax, financial accounting, auditing and management consulting experience and was formerly associated with the national accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Ben has served as chairman of the Kentucky Society of CPA's insurance committee. Ben is a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church and has been involved in various civic organizations in the Elizabethtown/Hardin County area. He is a resident of Elizabethtown and resides with his wife, Cheryl.

John R. Ashcraft, CPA

Over 30 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He attended Bellarmine College with a focus in accounting. John has experience in financial accounting, general taxation and estate & trust taxation. He has practiced as a sole proprietor and as a partner of Dye, Ashcraft & Pence. John isa native of Elizabethtown and resides with his wife, Susan.

J. Scott Kisselbaugh, CPA

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since 1994. Scott’s responsibilities include general business consulting, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, as well as QuickBooks consulting. Scott is a graduate of Troy State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. He is past President of the Hardin County AM Rotary Club and currently serves on the board of Elizabethtown Christian Academy. He is a native of Elizabethtown and resides with his wife, Monica and children, Madison and Jackson.

Brian S. Woosley, CPA
 

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC since 1996. Brian serves as director of audits and quality control and also is involved in preparing financial statements and tax returns. Brian is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy. He is a member and past chair of the Kentucky Society of CPA’s Governmental Accounting Committee and has served as an instructor at the School Financial Management Institute. He is a resident of Elizabethtown with his wife, Christy and son, Austin.

Chris R. Carter, CPA

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, over the past eleven years. Chris’ responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, tax returns, general business consulting and cost reports for Skilled Nursing Facilities. He also is involved with audits and client consultation. Chris is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church and resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Cindy and daughters, Annastin Grace and Kennedy.

Cheryle L. Beauchamp, CPA
 

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since January 1996. Cheryle is involved with preparing financial statements and tax returns and is one of the firm’s lead auditors. Her interests include farm taxation. Cheryle is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received her MBA with Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Cheryle and her family attend the Church of Christ. She currently resides in Eastview with her husband Cecil, his sister, Joyce, and their daughter, Kimberly.

J. Alton Pike, CPA

Over forty-four years experience in the accounting profession with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from the University of Louisville. Al was formerly a partner in the firms of Jones, Nale & Mattingly in Louisville and Whelan, Doerr & Pike in Elizabethtown. His interests are financial accounting, auditing, taxation and management advisory services. Al has served the Kentucky Society of CPA's as chairman of the insurance committee and as a member of the ethics committee. He is a past President of the Louisville Downtown Lions Club. Al is a Vietnam veteran having served with Battery B, 2/138th, Howitzer Battalion from Elizabethtown. He is a member of St Martins Catholic Church in Flaherty and resides there with his wife, Barbara, and daughter Patti. Other living children are Jim, Bill, Joe and Mark. Faith Anne passed away in 1986.

Kelli R. Clark

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since January of 2004. Kelli is involved in tax preparation, financial accounting, auditing and general business consultation, as well as specializing in non-profit organizations. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Kelli and her family attend South Fork Baptist Church. A native of Nelson County, Kelli now resides in Elizabethtown with her husband, Doug and their sons, Cooper & Grayson.

Philip Logsdon, CPA

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC since July 2005. He is involved in preparing tax returns and auditing. Philip is a graduate of Murray State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. A native of Grayson County, Philip now resides in Elizabethtown.

Mark W. Kennedy, Jr, CPA

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC since August 2007. Mark is involved in tax preparation, financial accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing. With a background in computers, Mark is also the resident IT. Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from the McKendree University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. A native of Hardin County, Mark resides in Louisville with his wife, Laura.

Carrie A. Grey, CPA

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC since January 2008. Carrie is involved in tax preparation, financial accounting, auditing and bookkeeping. Carrie graduated with high honors from the University of Louisville, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Finance. A native of Louisville, Carrie now resides in Eastview with her husband, Tommy and their son, Lincoln.

Sarah Durham

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since September of 2008. Sarah has experience in tax preparation, financial accounting, and bookkeeping. Sarah is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. A native of Hardin County, Sarah resides in Elizabethtown with her husband, Matthew and their son, Hunter.

Dee Kiger

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since December 2009. Dee is involved in tax preparation, financial accounting and bookkeeping. She is a Cum Laude graduate of West Virginia State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. A native of southern WV, Dee now resides in Leitchfield with her husband, Tim and their children Kathryn and Patrick.

Scott Necessary

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since January 2010. Scott is involved in tax preparation, financial accounting and bookkeeping. He is a graduate of Campbellsville University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 and Masters of Business Administration in 2005. Scott and his family are members of Severns Valley Baptist Church. Currently, Scott is serving as President-Elect for the Young Professionals of Hardin County. A native of Hardin County, Scott resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Tish and daughters, Kaleigh and Ryley.

Bill Doerr, CPA

Bill has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant over the last 30 years in several capacities including firm manager, director and shareholder. He was formerly associated with the national firm Deloitte & Touche. Areas of practice include financial accounting, taxation and management consulting. He graduated from the University of Louisville with a bachelor of Science in Accounting. Bill has served on the boards of several local civic organizations and as a treasurer of the Rotary for several terms. Bill has also served on the finance committee of his church for over 15 years. Bill is a native of Louisville and now resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Donna.

 Jon Anderson, CPA

Employed by Stiles, Carter and Associates, PSC since December 2010.  Jon is involved in tax preparation, auditing, and financial accounting.  Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Transylvania University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Murray State University.  A native of Hardin County, Jon resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Tiffany, where they are members of Franklin Crossroads Baptist Church.

Lynn Courtney Howard

Employed by Stiles, Carter & Associates, PSC, since November 2011.  Lynn Courtney is involved in tax preparation, financial accounting, and auditing. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received her MBA from Western Kentucky University.   A native of Glasgow, Lynn Courtney now resides in Elizabethtown with her husband, Michael.
